Defining the Engagement
In our initial discussion, we will cover the purpose of the valuation and identify important factors driving the scope of the assignment.
Once the engagement has been defined, we will provide a quote and summary of the valuation work.

Collection of Data
In order to fully understand the drivers of the business, we’ll collect financial documents and interview management.
A detailed questionnaire will be used to conduct this phase of the engagement.
